Well it looks like this year got off to a rocky start, but things are looking up.  Even though there might be a bit of a delay for me getting everything in order to move ahead I am committed to getting it done early this year!  I have come to the conclusion that I am willing to give up certain things to make it happen.  There are wonderful things happening to my loved ones so far this year and I am looking at that as positive sign that something wonderful will happen to me too.  My bother in law and best friend finally after years of trying has quit smoking, thank god.  And my mother in law got a new kidney on Wensday morning at 7 am.  I am determined to complete the get healthy trifecta this year and get the bypass!  All this good news and still just January... it's gonna be a great year!!!!
Sorry I missed you guys at the party on Tuesday night but that's the night we got the call about the kidney and getting her taken care of was .... well I kind of forgot about the party at that point.  Anyway see you all soon and hopefully I'll be a step closer to getting a surgery date!   Grin

Hi Tony!

I am so glad that your family is doing well and the news about your mother-in-law is fantastic!  I wish her the best of health and a speedy recovery.

I love your positive attitude.  I am going to keep it in my mind and draw upon it when I find myself falling into my "negative brain."  Keep up the good work.  You are doing fine and I am always here for you.

I look forward to seeing you at the next meeting.

I am changing, gonna get my life together now
I am changing, yes, I know how
I'm gonna start again, I'm leaving my past behind
I'll change my life-I'll make a vow
And nothing's gonna stop me now...
