Hello all
As some of you may know I have been out of work now for a few weeks and well it has given me time to spend on the computer and watching TV.

I wanted to share some of the things that I have learned in the last couple of weeks.
Things that pertain to food. A subject near and dear to our collective hearts (or pouches).

If you get a chance to see it there is a documentary coming out this weekend called Food Inc.

There is also, on Youtube, a documentary called The World According to Monsanto.

After watching the coming attractions for Food Inc., and watching The world According to Monsanto it has changed my outlook on the food industry in America.

It has also changed my view of what I put into my mouth!!!

Now before you get me wrong let me tell you .... I am NOT a PETA person!
I am NOT a vegetarian!!!
I enjoy the heck out of meat and poltry and fish of all types.

I do enjoy the occasional fruit and vegtable as well.

The infomation in these two documentaries goes beyond what types of food you eat.

Because as you will learn if you watch these ... everything we eat in this country is manipulated!

But all is not lost. There are a few safe and healthy alternatives.

It is very important to be an educated consumer, for ourselves and our families.

Infomation such as what is presented in this films is necessary to become informed about what we are eating.
Infomation that has been suppressed by corporate and governmental entities.

It makes me crazy!

It makes me angry!!!!

It has made a more informed consumer, and hopefully a more healthy person in the future.

So I would encourage everyone, not just the people who want to know, but everyone to watch and learn.
I don't think most people want to be the unwitting subject in a chemistry experiment, or the subject in a social engineering experiment.

I don't mean to sound like an alarmist, and believe me if I wanted to go on a tear here .... oh boy.

Just wanted to suggest that you check out the info and make a somewhat informed decision for yourself and your families.
The film Food Inc. hopefully will be widely released in the next few weeks. I will keep the group updated if interested.
The film The World According to Monsanto is not available except on the internet. It was banned from general release in this country (things that make you go "hmmmm?). But is available in complete form in parts on Youtube. I may purchase a DVD if I can find it.
Well hope to see you all soon.

Tony
