my life has changed

my life has changed so much since i went to my last meeting. i was a big old crying mess, but Sophia helped me to see things was not as bad as i thought. work is so much better, and my home life. i eat better, life is good. i will say it out loud i am so much happier now. i started to loss weight again and by my scale 2 more pounds and i will be down 100lbs. i gave away to bags of size 14 clothes because they were just to big for me now. i still cant get over that one. I am in a size 12 heading fast to a size 10. god is good.

i meet someone, he is so wonderful sometimes i don't think he is real. it's been 10 years since i even opened my self up to even try to talk to someone and it feels great. i am still holding back a little because this is so new to me. but i think i will be alright. If my mind just accept's what is going on i will be over the moon.

since camp is over for my children this week i will be able to start coming back to the meetings. Sophia and Dr. buchin i will see you on the 28Th.
