Sophia...Thanks for the birthday wishes.  Seeing your post really put a smile on my face.  I had a great day!  My family came over to celebrate, my phone rang all day with birthday greetings, and I got great presents!  What more can a birthday girl want.  The amazing thing is that this is the first time in my life that I didn't have a birthday cake and I didn't die from lack of cake.      I had sugar free chocolate pudding instead.  I felt so proud of myself.

Hey Martine,
Thanks.  I always love my birthdays...and with this gastric bypass, I'm planning on having a lot more than before...at least another 10 (20??) more than I would have had if I didn't have my RNY.   

Did you decide yet which operation you are going to have?  Hope to see you at next month's support group meeting.

Hey Dee,

Hope all is well with you.  I have also decided to get the Gastric Bypass surgery.  I just started the process, so hopefully the surgery will be done in the summer.  I will try my best to come to the meeting!
