Healthy Recipes During Tough Times

Don’t forgo your good eating habits during this stressful time. Keep proteins moist by using low sugar marinades or sauces, here are a couple of healthy and delicious recipes. 

Dijon Vinaigrette: 
 2 Tbsp Dijon mustard 
 2 cloves garlic, minced 
 1 lemon, zested and juiced, about 1/4 cup 
 1/4 cup red wine vinegar 
 1/2 teaspoon black pepper, coarsely ground 
 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil 
 
Tzatziki: 
3 cups plain low fat Greek  yogurt  
juice of one lemon 
1 garlic clove, chopped 
2 medium cucumbers, seeded and diced 
1 Tbsp finely chopped fresh dill or mint leaves 
Kosher salt and fresh ground black pepper to taste
